Silvan Zingg was born 19th March, 1973 in Switzerland to a very musical family, which saw him playing the piano before starting school. He had his first overseas concert at eighteen and was the youngest to play at the Masters Of Blues & Boogie Woogie Piano Night in Charleston, South Carolina. He has performed at festivals and concerts all over the world, playing with the likes of Chuck Berry, B.B King, Ray Charles, Sammy Price to name a few.
In the year 2002, Silvan Zingg began the ‘International Boogie Woogie Festival’ in Lugano, which has been held annually since, attracting the biggest names in boogie woogie.
